Where is my class being held?
All classes will be held at The Branch campus unless noted on the description page. Any questions call The Branch at 425-814-7517 or email us at info@thebranchcenter.com
How do I know I am enrolled in the class I signed up for?
You should receive a confirmation email within 72 business hours of enrolling. If you do not receive a confirmation, call The Branch to verify your enrollment at 425-814-7517 or email at info@thebranchcenter.com
Do I pay the material or supply fees to The Branch?
Any material or supply fees are paid directly to the instructor at the first class. These reimburse the instructor for materials related to the class that you would use or receive. You pay the course fee and the one time yearly $10 processing fee directly to The Branch.
If I don't want to use my credit card online how can I enroll?
You can register via mail, phone, fax or in person with payment at the time of registration. Please note that your enrollment is NOT processed and your space in the class is NOT reserved until we receive your registration with payment.
If I want to enroll a friend or co-worker with me, how do I enroll them?
You need to complete one registration for yourself and a separate one for your friend(s).
If I can't attend a class, what do I do?
Please refer to the policies section of the website for our complete policies on enrollment and cancellation. Call The Branch at 425-814-7517 or email at info@thebranchcenter.com if you have any questions after reviewing our policies.

How do I get on your mailing list?
You can be placed on our free mailing list to receive a hard copy of our catalog. You can also get on our email list to be notified of any updates in future classes. Just email your name, address and/or email address to: info@thebranchcenter.com or call 425-814-7517
Is it possible to contact an instructor?
You can email or call The Branch to contact the instructor. We will promptly forward it to the designated instructor. If you would like to send something by mail, the address is The Branch, 11725 NE 118th St., Kirkland, WA 98034
What is the latest I can enroll in a class?
You can register up until the class begins as long as there is still room available in the class. Some classes fill up well in advance, so enrolling early always ensures your space in the class. Please call ahead to make sure the class is still available.
