Fernando has been trained since the age of eight by a professional known throughout four different continents as the "Queen of Tango." In addition to that, I have had previous teaching experience at our three year, family run "Milonga" (Tango Club) at which I would teach an hour long beginners crash course to get people at least to the place where they could do a lap around the dance floor. I have taken a number of weekend long workshops in addition to countless hours of private lessons. Being a Spanish speaking family we often have privilege of hosting professional Tango instructors visiting the Pacific Northwest from Buenos Aires who have taken me under their wing. I have had first hand experience dancing in the ancient gathering places for tango throughout the capital, Buenos Aires.
