Have you heard the most recent reports? Type II diabetes is rapidly becoming a national crisis. Are you a bit overweight, don't exercise much, regularly tired, concerned you may have the risk factors for heart disease and need to make a few changes in your diet? This 6 session course will address these topics: Type II diabetes, diabetes prevention, exercise (how much is enough?), nutrition, family prevention, and hope for change. Those who would like to know more about this topic and want to prevent a downward spiral towards poor health for themselves or family members should consider coming. Those already diagnosed with diabetes will find hope and encouragement about how to improve health and living quality. Other course follow-ups include once a month dinners and once a week walking class.

Fee: $45
