Sheri graduated from the University of Puget Sound, minoring in Health Education. She has been certified as an A.S.E. aerobics instructor and has worked as a health/fitness instructor. Sheri also has past certifications with A.S.C.M (sports medicine) and A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise). She enjoys the benefits of walking in her own life and her classes have motivated others to pursue a healthier, fitter lifestyle.
Sheri Larkin has a passion for health and fitness and the issues that can cause complications in your health, such as diabetes. Her husband has been diagnosed with Type II diabetes and consequently Sheri has read much about the subject, including the book, Insulin Resistance, by Dr. Strand. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
